We are currently hiring for a temp to permanent Part Time Help Desk position located in our Foot Locker's Information Systems Department in Camp Hill, PA. This position will work approx. 25-30 hours per week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to technical and procedural requests related to store POS applications, Windows PC devices, or associated peripherals. Provide point of contact for customers to receive problem resolution or system procedural information. Answer the customer service telephone for technical and non-technical problems/requests. Using the customer service "Expert System", identify, resolve and document problems. Place outgoing calls to follow up open problems. Dispatch vendor support. Support operational functions of Point-of-Sale systems in all specialty store formats. Required Experience: Certification from a college or technical school. or one to two years related experience and/or training. or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior help desk, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
