Job Description	We are currently hiring a Recovery Auditor position located at our Financial Service Center in Camp Hill, PA. Responsibilities: Analyze contract and payment information in various assigned areas to determine compliance, identify potential recovery opportunities and collect monies due the company. Core Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to lead and direct associates. Must be able to work well with fellow associates (or be an integral part of the team). Ability to work for a number of executives. Review technical contracts and payment information to identify non-compliance and possible overcharges. Document the overpayments and submit supporting reports to third parties. Follow up on the claims for overpayments to ensure collection of monies due the company. Provide recovery and savings informatin to management. Daily project management of all assigned cost recovery projects. Identify and assist in the implementation of process improvements for any assigned area. Must be able to work overtime as required. Participate in meetings to present and discuss recovery opportunities, results of recovery activities. Participate in cost recovery strategic planning meetings. Recommend improvements to the Vendor Compliance process. Ability to work with legal counsel, insurance adjusters, investigators, brokers, external auditors, external consultants, multi disciplined vendors and governmental agencies. Ability to research, analyze, comprehend, and deliver cost recoveries in multi disciplines, including areas such as workers compensation, health and prescription benefits, general liability, property and other insurance applications, as well as non insurance applications such as logistics, technical information service applications, and financial transactions. Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team relationship. Technical Skills: Basic PC skills and intermediate to expert database and spreadsheet knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access required. Knowledge of Peoplesoft A/P and G/L applications is desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology or insurance applications desired. Strong negotiation skills required. Education and/or Experience: A bachelors degree and 2 - 5 years of commercial retail lease auditing experience.
